Where does recycling go?

When your recyclable waste is collected, your assumption is that all of those materials are being recycled. In reality, that is not always the case. Very often, materials that you believe are recyclable end up in landfills or incinerators.

When you partner with Geocycle, our co-processing experts will work with you on-site to develop a waste management plan appropriating materials to the correct waste stream, maximizing recyclable materials and identifying candidates for co-processing to reduce the amount of materials entering landfills and incinerators.

Additionally, Geocycle provides chain of custody documentation if requested, as well as waste destruction documentation to provide evidence that your waste was properly managed.
